----------------TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS----------------
✦ There will be 6 players on the field (including the Goalkeeper).
✦Teams should report at the field and inform the coordinator 20 mins
before the scheduled start of their respective matches. If a team fails
to reach the venue within 10 mins after the scheduled start time of
their match, they shall forfeit the match 3-0.
✦ Boots and shin pads are necessary.
✦ Sideline kicks will be along the ground.
✦ NO OFFSIDE.
✦ Match Duration: 20minutes. (10min half).
✦AUTOMATIC LEAGUE SANCTIONS
a) When a player accumulates 2 cautions in one (1) game, he/she is
automatically suspended for the next game. Additional sanctions may be
applied if the cautions are a result of misbehaviour.
b) When a
player is expelled from a game (red card), he/she is automatically
suspended for the next game. Additional sanctions may be applied if the
expulsion is a result of misbehaviour.
✦ If any player or team
official is found to be in heated arguments with the referee or the
technical committee, it could result in the team being disqualified from
the tournament.
✦Teams can only change the goal keeper once that too authorised by the referee.
✦ Teams will also be responsible for the behaviour of their supporters
at the venue. If the fans of any team invade the field of play, damage
any property or behave in any unruly manner, the team whom they support
will be banned from participating in the rest of the tournament and from
all future tournaments.
✦ The decision of the organizing committee in all matters will be final and binding.
✦ Protests, if any, can be lodged within 15 min. at the end of the game
with a fee of INR.400/- which will be refunded if the protest is
upheld.
✦ Rules for Substitution: ROLLING SUBSTITUTION i.e,
Game will not be stopped for substitutions. The player to be substituted
will come to the side line and change with the player coming in. Until
the player going out is not out of the field the player coming in cannot
enter. If more than 4 members of a team are present inside the field
the referee will call it a foul against the team which is substituting.
✦ Above all, the game is to be played in a true sportman spirit.
